Responsibilities: • Feeding boards through a moulder • Stacking boards in a safe manner • Using wood filler and boat patches during prep • Using hand-held belt and palm sanders for finishing purposes • Staining of boards • Miscellaneous other maintenance duties as required Ideal candidates have the following skills and experience: • Mechanical aptitude • History of being punctual, having good work attendance, and mutual team respect • Strongly desired: carpentry experience & proficiency with hand-held tools • Shipping and forklift experience is helpful • High school diploma or GED Physical Requirements and Work Environment: • Ability to work in an environment subject to fluctuations in heat, humidity, fumes, odors, dust, and noise • Ability to lift at least 35 pounds • Ability to be on your feet during an entire shift • Working hours are Monday-Friday, 7 am-3:30 pm OTHER DETAILS • Hours: Monday-Friday, 7 am-3:30 pm • Pay Rate: Depending on experience with a review after 60 days • Job Type: Full-time • Position Type: Temp to hire Does this sound like a good fit for your skills and experience?
