Real estate license a plus.
Core Responsibilities:
1. Coordinating repairs and maintenance
2. Meeting vendors
3. Inspecting properties for cleaning
4. Meeting tenants at arrival
5. Showing rooms/house
Requirements:
1. Reliable vehicle is a must
2. Smartphone is a must
3. Good people skills
4. Following instructions and detailed lists and other misc. errands.
5. Reliable partner to help us with any last-minute showing requests, since those happen in the industry
Position available immediately.
Starting at $25/hour or negotiable based on experience.
