Apply using the link below: The Housekeeper performs manual labor associated with the cleaning of the patient rooms, lobby, restrooms, break areas, kitchen and entrances. Duties require moderate physical strength and stamina. Work includes dust mopping, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning restrooms, removing trash, and operating basic mechanical cleaning equipment. Demonstrates and promotes service excellence and patient confidentiality at all times. The performance of these duties is Monday - Friday Day shift (8 am - 2pm) at the below locations: Windsor- Windsor ICF – 1750 E Windsor, Phoenix, AZ 85006 Regular Responsibilities include but not limited to: 1. Empty trash containers and recycle receptacles. 2. Dust mop, sweep, wet mop, floors. 3. Clean light switches and all doorknobs. 4. Clean inside and outside of microwave. 5. Disinfect interior/exterior door handles/knobs/ADA door buttons/push bars 6. Disinfect all break room tables/surfaces/chairs 7. Disinfect all lobby chairs (full wipe down) 8. Clean restroom fixtures and keep restroom supplied with towels, toilet tissue, soap, and other items. 9. Empty trash in break room area. 10. Clean door glass interior and exterior. 11. Police areas around outside of building 12. Perform related work as required and instructed Requirements: Knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, and equipment Ability to perform manual tasks requiring moderate physical strength Ability to operate mechanical cleaning equipment Ability to follow simple oral and written instructions in the performance of the job Ability to establish and maintain working relations with supervisor and fellow workers Spearhead specialized projects which may or may not be directly related to cleaning. Knowledge and operations of mechanical cleaning equipment Knowledge in floor care for both carpet and hard floor Perform equipment and supply inventory at facility location Additional Information: Must be able to communicate in English verbally and written.
