Scammers rehoming puppies

Beware of all these con artists on CL selling puppies -mostly in Chula Vista, San Ysidro, National City...but there are some in La Mesa, El Cajon, Lemon Grove etc. Pet scammers all over Craigslist. Please beware!! Many are bringing sick pups from Tijuana who were born into undesirable circumstances. They'll tell you pups have been vaccinated but they have fake documentation. You will bring home a pup & then discover they have Parvo & worms. My friend's puppy died like this. Seems to be mainly Huskies & German Shepherds but also Malti- poos, Pomeranians, Boxer, Shi Tzu's ALWAYS ask to meet at the sellers house - not at a local park or shopping center. Ask to see the parents. Ask for the Veterinarian's contact info where they were seen. Some sellers in Gonzales Canyon area - have been posting since last year. Are they running a puppy mill? The ads are a bunch of other scams....sick pets...found items etc. Trying to get your emails and phone number! Please FLAG THEM!!
