Hello, my name is Colton I am a hardworking, motivated 21 year old looking to gain knowledge on real estate investing. I have read tons of books, watched videos/documentaries but am more of a hands on learner. I am posting on craigslist in search of a mentor willing to teach and possibly have me spectate or join real estate deals. I am willing to run errands and work for free to help pay for the gained knowlegde.
