Are you a renter in San Diego, CA? Were you financially impacted by Covid-19? Did you borrow money or were unable to pay your rent? If so, The County of San Diego is assisting those who need help with paying their rent and utilities may qualify. Just provide us with your name/contact information in order for our rental assitance team to move forward with the next steps for you. The Emergency Rental Assistance Program covers rental expenses due to those financially effected this year. The county pays 100% of all costs (Rent, Utilities including Trash, and Internet). The County of San Diego is striving to get as many people assistance as possible. The application period will be open until funds are no longer available. Please Note: This program serves all areas of the San Diego region (Carlsbad, Coronado, Del Mar, El Cajon, Encinitas, Escondido, Imperial Beach, La Mesa, Lemon Grove, National City, Oceanside, Poway, San Marcos, Santee, Solana Beach, Vista and Unincorporated Communities) The ERAP Program is now able to cover 100% payment of past due rent to either landlords or tenants. (Previously 80% to landlords, 25% to tenants) is 100% payment for future rent.
