MarkSYS is looking for Folder Operators for our day and night shift. When sending your resume, please indicate which shift you are looking for. Job Duties Include: - Ensure preventative maintenance processes are followed - Anticipate and troubleshoot problems - Communicate with next shift about status of job(s) and any special instructions - Complete all paperwork and use timekeeping system efficiently - Be cooperative, positive and respectful with leaders, co-workers and team - Ensure all safety policies are followed and hold a high regard for the safety of others - Responsible for informing leader of any concerns that arise - Work safely and make sure each member of the crew has a safe working environment - Perform the designated quality checks to ensure the equipment is producing a quality product - Operate equipment at or above the planned run speeds set by MarkSYS Holdings, LLC - Perform TPM's daily, weekly and monthly maintenance to ensure the equipment is running at optimum performance - Complete other work related tasks as assigned - MUST BE MECHANICALLY INCLINED Skills/and or Knowledge include the following: - Ability to operate secondary piece of equipment preferred - Knowledge of procedures in other departments (Press, Direct Mail, Distribution) - Knowledge of Finishing equipment, materials, products - Must be able to count - Must be able to pay attention to detail - Computer experience - Ability to demonstrate good leadership skills - Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and listening) - Physical effort- must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
