Excellent pay. Fast paced, team atmosphere, excellent opportunity to get work experience and connections. These are sheen change 2 coat full paints. We are painting student apartments after the students move out. Must have your own basic supplies and equipment (paint, plastic and tape is provided). You will live on site in a student apartment and provide your own transportation to and from the work site or you can commute from home. Apartments are fully furnished, full kitchen, laundry, and twin beds in each room. Your crew will stay in a unit together if you choose this option. Working hours start at 8:00 AM. We are alcohol and drug free worksite. Compensation is 1099 contract work and paid by production, not hourly. Travel costs to and from the site are reimbursed if you stay on site. Work week is Sunday to Saturday and paid the following Friday. Work as many days as you can and as many hours as you want. We can work late on vacant units so you can do this after your regular job.
