Highland Square based Property Management Company is seeking our newest Maintenance Crew Member to join our Team! This is a junior to intermediate level position. (Experts still apply, we have other positions!) Do you have a great work ethic, yes! Then we want you on our team! We have an immediate crew member position open that offers great benefits, training, and advancement. You must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to be considered for this position, but most importantly a desire to learn and grow! Position Overview: Depending on skill level, position will include assisting with projects and overall general property apartment maintenance; painting, cleaning, light plumbing and electric. Duties may vary and expand based on individual’s strengths and capabilities. Starting rate is based on level of experience. Preferred Skills and/or we’ll train on: • General electrical • HVAC • Carpentry • Prevention maintenance • Plumbing • Painting & Cleaning Requirements: • General knowledge of building maintenance skills including plumbing • Starting rate is based on level of experience • MUST possess a valid driver’s license • 18 yrs or older • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs • Clear background Check • Must be dependable and have reliable transportation (preferably a truck) Schedule is mostly Monday – Friday, 9a-5p, some weekends may be required and a rotation of after hour emergency calls once per month Benefits: • Full-Time Position • Career Advancement Opportunities • Medical & Health Benefits • Paid Vacation • Paid Trade Training Please email [email protected] if you/someone you know might be a great fit!
