Need Plumber in downtown LA

We are a small mom&pop hostel in downtown LA. One of our showers had a major leak into the business downstairs this morning. Need someone to come to inspect where the water leaked from and give us a cost estimate for repair. It might just be from water splashing off people while showering, or them leaving the shower door open for all the water to leak off of the glass door along with shower head dripping water for hours when they dont turn the knobs all the way, then just slowly accumilating water in between the floors for months until now when their ceiling drywall came crashing down. We are on the second floor. If that's the case we want a bid to tile the outside of the shower. But we want to confirm because it might also be that we need to re-grout the shower pan, demo and create a new shower pan, or cut open the walls and solder some pipes.
