Small boutique hotel looking for Maintenance/ Handyman that has experience with hotels. -Paid sick time after 90 days -Paid vacation after 1 year -Monthly bonuses Following skills necessary: -PTAC/HVAC (cleaning, maintaining, fixing) -Plumbing -Electrical -Painting -Drywall patching -Working with doors, locks, hinges -Windows -Deep cleaning -Able to lift 50-75lbs -TV -And More... Looking for someone with great organizational skills. Able to figure out ways to make the hotel run better. Maintenance will keep track of inventory and help with housekeeping inventory. -Must have good customer service. -Tools and materials supplied by hotel. -Must have reliable form of transportation. -Must speak english.
