Bass player looking for band

Intermediate bassist looking for band. I'm NOT looking to quit my job and try to make it as a musician. I'm just looking to write some great music with some good people, play some shows wherever, possibly some small tours for a couple weeks out of the year. I'm fairly open to the type of music I play. It's more about the people and the passion rather than the style. Some of my favorite bands are, but not limited to: Mastodon, Circa Survive, Ghost, Glassjaw, DIOYY, Gojira, Periphery, Poison the Well, Sikth, Snapcase, Trifonic, Rolo Tomassi... I'm open to a lot of different types of music. I'm in my early 40s, no baggage. I have a full-time job. I have transportation and good gear. I'm available weeknights after 7:00 and weekends. I live in the Glendale area, work in Studio City. I can't do backing vocals, sorry. No egos or images please. If you are religiously, politically or racially motivated, don't bother, I'm not interested. Not interested in cover bands or session work. Here's some footage from a recent project.
