The AARP Foundation Experience Corps Recruitment and Retention VISTA will expand program capacity to recruit and support senior volunteers, increase the number of volunteer tutors at schools and after school youth organizations and retain their service for a more positive volunteer experience to attract more recruits. More tutors means more students will benefit from AARP Foundation Experience Corps tutoring. Stipend, Education award upon successful completion of service, Choice of Education Award or End of Service Stipend, Living Allowance.
