Handyman needed to help turn over a rental property for a new tenant. Major repairs have been done. Need help with minor repairs including: - interior door replacement - interior door hardware replacement and/or installation - touch up painting - verify appliance status (working or not working) - replace blinds - other misc repairs $40/hr, 4 hour min, paid via cashapp at the end of the day. Must have tools, transportation and references. Please respond via email with experience and references.
