Position: Caregiver Assistant | Starting Part-time that can lead to Full-time Hire Date: To be decided upon interview Hours of Operation: 7:30am - 5:30pm Monday - Friday Part-time Hours: (We are flexible in setting a schedule for part-time like 7:30am - 1:30pm M - F or 7:30 - 5:30 M, W, F for examples.) Trial Period: 2 weeks - Bilingual English and Spanish speaking skills is preferable. - Must be authorized to work in the U.S. - Must live in or near Alexandria City - Must be able to pass a criminal background check - Must be female due to the nature of the job I am seeking a motivated individual to assist our small team. This person should be willing to learn, receive instructions and guidance. Someone who is very patient, punctual and loves working with children. Here, we help guide our children through their emotions by giving them positive behavioral guidance. Part of doing this is being respectful to the children and maintaining a positive attitude while working proactively. And very importantly, I need to be able to rely on this person. Some responsibilities include: - Teaching children good manners through examples - Giving breakfast, lunch and snack - Washing their hands - Serving meals - Cleaning daycare area and kitchen - Washing dishes - Reading stories - Supervising - Changing diapers - Playing and interacting with them - Giving educative program we use which includes: - Basic learning exercise - Painting - Arts and crafts - Dance time Contact me via email to introduce yourself and attach your resume (if you have one.
