You can't prove were the roles reverse Trump wouldn't allow a nonpartisan investigation this is just your opinion based on no facts only on TDS because the President doesn't control the House of Representatives only the Speaker does. There have been several Congressional committees investigating Jan 6th as well as FBI and Homeland Security, none have reported an organized insurrection or that Trump orchestrated what happened therefore the need for Pelosi's is pure partisan political theater. The people already sentenced for the event have-not been convicted of insurrection and no one charged and being tried is accused of an insurrection by the DOJ which to the logical mind should be enough to convince no insurrection was planed or attempted. Of course this won't prevent sick minded people like you conjuring up conspiracies to excite yourself, it's just what you do. LMFAO A “stacked court”??? We all know if the roles were reversed, Trump would not allow a single democrat on the team. Facts are facts. It dies not matter who finds them. Let’s see what facts they find and then evaluate. We are ALL seeking truth here right? If the facts do not support prosecution, federal prosecutors will not go beyond the investigation. If the facts support a crime, federal prosecutors will try to prosecute. It’s that simple.
