If any reparations are to be paid over a civil war fought over 150 years ago should not these reparations go to the people that were hurt and killed? not to the people that were freed? our dark skinned citizens were set free at the cost of 1000's of White lives to the loss of 100's of 1000's of White family's. where are there reparations? if it wasn't for so many White people that gave their lives to set our dark skinned citizens free then they would still be enslaved. it was White people who bleed and died to get them their freedom and now they want us to pay them for them to be free!?!? it seems to me if Any reparations should be paid out they should be paid to all the White family's who lost loved ones in that war to set them free. seriously does that not make more sense???
