2 Adorable Tiger Sibling Kittens looking for loving home!

I have found a pair of sibling tiger kittens at the end of my road. I have been working on taming them, the one I can hold now, the other is a bit timid yet and she has an upper respiratory issue going on- eyes are gunky and slightly red. Ive been adding natural supplements to their soft food when I go to feed them, trying to clear it up. They are super sweet babies. They purr SO loudly when being pet. I believe they are the only two of a litter, so they seem to be very close to one another. Id love to see them go to a home together if possible. The healthier one kinda watches out for the sicker one. I desperately want to find these babies a home before fall and winter come.... We are located in Troy Pa. Hour north of Williamsport.
