Small Garden + Landscape Team of 1-2 (one lead), needed for installations. Permaculture or Green values ideal. We are a small local design group offering green-values-based projects We have a spectrum of current projects needing one-off installation, small to large Perennial gardens, Veggie Gardens, Raised beds, Soft+Hardscapes, Decorative Boulders, Trees, Plants, Mulch, Cobble, Flagstone, Patios, Walkways, Retaining Walls, etc. You: Are proud of the physical labor you do, are good + detailed at it, and make the world a better place for it. Self directed + self managed. You manage projects independently from start to finish-- such as time, given budget, materials, tools, team and schedule Have a mindful/green philosophy + related vendor/materials resources (permaculture wisdom a plus). Independent, experienced, successful, reliable, self-directed. Lead will work directly with our Team Lead/designer to interpret and communicate install details. Experience: Show that in your prior work you manage time/budget easily (such as install to desired specs at or under budget and on time). Reference requested. Part Time. Flexible hours. Per project. Hiring as an independent team on a contract basis. $20-25 doe for team labor. $35-40 doe for lead, depending on management experience. Projects ranging from small one-off labor requests to full garden/landscape installations from the ground up. Must have your own reliable truck/s, tools, and cell phone for use and communication. Independent, expeienced, successful, reliable, self-directed. Lead will work directly with our designer to interpret and communicate details to team.
