housekeeping and lawn care

Looking for someone to do some housekeeping and someone to mow and weed eat my yard. Housekeeping should easily take less than 4 hours, 2br--lv--kit and ba, probably more like 2-3 hours. Yard should be able to be done in 2 hours unless like me you take breaks then it takes closer to 3 hours. Reply with a contact number, available times and a in general estimate based on time listed and I will contact you to discuss details further and possibly schedule work. If this post is up I still need help and will delete post once I have the person/people to do the work. Also be patient (as in don't expect a immediate reply) as I do not sit and watch mail or receive notices of mail and often only check for mail in the mornings
