Adult cat around one and a 1/2 years old, very chill, loves belly rubs... fostered him for a few days, but notified the owners aren't coming back. Needs to have rabies shot and neutered. ($60 total at local clinics) Need to find a home today, or will take to animal shelter. Thanks.
