Westward360 is seeking an Assistant Director for their PROS department!  The ideal candidate for this position is one who has previous experience in Remodeling and or previous Property Maintenance experience.  The PM can work autonomously with a high capacity to communicate information across all levels of employees.  The best fit for this role is someone who understands the importance of efficiency, organization, communication, and attention to detail while not being afraid to ask questions or for assistance.  This person will handle a busy work schedule and lead a team of supervisors while pushing company initiatives and finding solutions to problems.  Identifying ways to improve, and implementing changes that strengthen the company and give our clients the best product possible.  This position will report directly to the Director of PROS.   Job Duties: -External focus - All departments within PROS  -Assist Director by designing strategies for the Pros Team to maximize efficiency and productivity -Assist Director with giving Supervisor’s special projects to work on and oversee progress, set goals for each department  -Assist Director with weekly meetings with Supervisor’s with written Agenda’s for each department, monitor performance -Answer escalations from clients (PM or UOs) and report back to the Director  -Obtain necessary permits, approvals, and other regulatory prerequisites for Pros work -Create estimates for  all divisions / follow up on previous estimates  -Update and respond to emails for all divisions -Update the payroll and Utilization tracker for all employees -Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary for maximum efficiency using the Inventory App -All Supervisors to  report to Project Manager on a daily basis, must be able to give direction and monitor performance -Responsible to contact Client, PM or UOs for follow up if further action is required on all projects Qualifications: -HS Diploma  -2+ years of experience working for General Contractor or Property Maintenance company  -Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships -Strong written and verbal communication skills -Self motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team -Detail oriented -Ability to manage a team of Supervisors -Estimate creation -Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices -Must have ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously -Must have experience using Google Sheets Benefits:  -Medical/Dental/Vision -401k - company match  -Company vehicle provided or vehicle reimbursement  Salary: $50,000 - 55,000/yr, depending upon experience  Job Type: Full-Time  To apply please visit: *No third-party recruiters* *Disability Notice: Disclosure is divulging or giving out personal information about a disability.
