Need Plumber to install water line for fridge ice-maker

I got a new fridge for my rental condo unit. The previous fridge does not have an ice-maker, and therefore has no need for water-line (ice-maker connector). The new fridge comes with an ice-maker. Therefore, I need a plumber to install (add) a water line (ice-maker connector) and connect the added water line to the ice-maker of the new fridge. I already got the new water-line (ice-maker connector). Also, the attached picture shows the kitchen configuration including the relative positioning of sink and the fridge.
