Hiring 3 or 4 people to do the following: Demo apartment unit. Remove wood wall paneling, carpet, a couple of cabinets, small amount of tile, toilet. Replace front door (prehung) and window. Hang 25 sheets of drywall Mud & Sand Paint Install wide plank vinyl flooring Install Trim & Cabinets & 2 Doors Install outlets, switches, electric panel and door knobs Install light fixtures Install faucets, toilet. The job pays $5800. Any additional work needed pays more. I provide all of the materials. You need all of your own tools. I need people with experience. I want to complete this job by August 23rd.
