Description
• Cut costs on daily routines and building contracts
• Effectively communicate all daily activities with maintenance staff/supervisor
• Provide weekly schedules to management on preventative maintenance and time allowed for work orders and off site calls
• Readily available for overtime emergencies
• Complete Work orders daily (24 hour turn around)
• Ensure all permits are current and timely
• Effectively communicate with all vendors in identifying problems and providing solutions
• Change lights weekly (Monday & Thursday) ML Street Properties
• Adjust hinges and timing on doors (weekly)
• Stock and order janitorial/building supplies (weekly)
• Pressure wash weekly at all properties (rotate each week between all properties)
• Maintain Fish Pond at ML Street Properties (Feed fish, clean pond maintain foliage, service pump equipment)
• Available for maintenance issues at all properties
• Lock up all equipment and trash bins (daily)
• Maintain AC units at ML Street
• Restroom Maintenance ML Street Properties – weekly
• Cleaning building maintenance office (as needed)
• Complete check list sheets weekly for each property
• Complete Ferguson’s check list - Quarterly
• Maintain loading dock and building exterior
• Check Landscaping at all properties and coordinate any issues with vendor
• Report to your supervisor any routine maintenance or assigned tasks that are not completed when given
• Physical requirement: Must lift 50lbs
