Hello, I am looking for someone to come out to my home in Erie and give an estimate for the following tasks: 1) Get a couple solution option estimates for water damage (hardwood floor) resulting after installation of a new washing machine. Some flooring planks will need to be replaced in addition to solving the water leak problem. 2) Kitchen general Garbage disposal - rewire switch or find alternate solution to hook up electricity. This will require visual inspection/explanation. Finish connecting disposal plumbing. Dishwasher - was originally mounted crooked and sloppy. Install correctly. Redo plastering ends of counter; the way the contractor added the bullnose ends it would stick out. Remove those if necessary. Make it seamless look/feel, no tapering or sticking out. I will paint. Finish plastering under counter in living room; mount support brackets. Cut vent hole in rear wall and attach vent duck from inside (for venting range hood). Note: need to be really skilled with drywall/wall repair and texturing. 3) Separate estimate on ceiling repair Please note that I will not reply to text messages, only to craiglist email.
