Anyone interested in bringing back the Party Dance band? Playing songs people that want to hear and dance to. You can't dance to the Scorpions. Motown you can. A lot of the 80's you can. Oldies you can. I grew up in the bar business. My parents owned a bar\nightclub. The party - Dance bands always made more money, had the biggest following and always had women that came to see them so they could dance. It has always been sex drugs and rock and roll. Why not give people what they want. I want to play in bars, private parties, corporate gigs and festivals. Playing songs that people can and will dance will be popular again. I don't sing. I play the drums and have all the equipment. I am just so #$@^^% tired of playing Confederate Flag waving music. Where is the party? No I will not play Free bird or Sweet Home Alabama. So if you think the same way I do. Want to play in bars,etc. Let me know. I have practice space. Need bass, lead guitar, rhythm guitar and singer. Key's would be a nice addition as well. I know a lot of people have recently moved here. I very much want to have some fun playing in a dance band. Female singer would be cool as well. This town has a history of not paying bands very much. Not looking to make a living but would enjoy playing out once or twice a month. Maybe more if there is a weekend gig. So do you want to have some fun? Want to be a part of a party band?
