A small amateur-ish race team will be at Indianapolis Motor Speedway for a week of racing from Friday 9/24 to Saturday 10/2. We are looking for a cook/chef to provide food service for the week for our team members and their guests of around 30 people. We are looking for simple faire, not gourmet catering. Prefer grab and go type items for breakfast, hot dogs/hamburgers/salads for lunches and a decent meal for dinner - menu is open for discussion. Past experiences with off-site catered food has been poor due to distance from prep location and the difficulty getting into and out of the speedway in a timely manner during the event - so we are thinking this might be a better solution. Ideal for someone looking to take the next step in their food prep career path. Bonus include getting to hang around the inside of a race track during a national caliber event with a ton of people who have way more money than we do. Ever wanted to be a race car driver? We take care of our team members - crew often get to use our cars for free.
