Landscape Construction Worker Job Description We are a well established, all-phases landscaping company based in Hillsboro / Beaverton area with 45 employees. We currently have a positions open for an experienced landscape construction worker to work in one of our landscape construction crews. The position is full time, 40+ hours per week, year round. We do strictly residential landscaping and maintenance. No commercial work. Job duties will include: Assist foreman and journeyman in construction of Paver Patios, Irrigation Systems, Retaining Walls, Water Features, Outdoor Lighting Systems, Drainage Systems, Planting, Sod Lawns, etc. Assure proper use, care and inventory of company vehicle, equipment and tools assigned. Promote and maintain safe working conditions Shop upkeep Skill Requirements Fluent in Spanish is a big plus as most of your co-workers will be Spanish speaking. Reliable. Ability to be on time and be at work every day you are scheduled to work Min. 1 year experience working in landscape construction, such as installing sod lawns, building paver patios, retaining walls, irrigation systems, etc. Your experience should be in residential landscaping, not commercial You should also have experience in the following; Brick / Paver Saw, Plate Compactor, Rototiller, String Trimmers, Pulling Trailers, Backpack Sprayers, Blowers, etc. Positive attitude Be drug-free and responsible Compensation $19 per hour if you have a valid driver's license.
