Need help packing Uhaul, cleaning & remodeling help 1 week

I am moving on the first. I need a helper for Friday the 29th and Saturday the 1st. Then I need experienced remodeling assistance for Monday - Friday of the week after (9th - 13th) Friday and Saturday we will be going through stuff in the back yard and tossing it out, putting furniture on the curb, doing move out cleaning and packing the Uhaul. I do not need you to travel to my new home to unpack. The 9th through the 13th I need someone who is experienced with helping and house remodeling. You must know how to paint and paint fairly well. The floors are already down. If you are the type of painter that requires a drop cloth and makes a big mess, this is not the job for you. I do not have a lot of time to do this project so you may be quickly tested on painting, reading a tape measure, or sanding drywall and I will call 1 or 2 references. This is not a fake it til you make it opportunity. We will be doing: Minor sheet rock repair Shoe moulding install & caulking Painting walls & trim Tiling a counter Painting cabinet doors & vanity Ripping up carpet on stairs Installing stair treads & painting Project may go over 1 week but hopefully not I need a move out cleaner to do floors, a few downstairs windows, stove and oven, refrigerator ect. I can supply cleaning items if needed. Please send me an email with your name, experience and 2 references and your pay requirements.
