There’s nothing wrong with it, really. Very minimal wear & tear. Little dusty but I’ll disinfect with clorox wipes before it leaves. Had been sitting in spare room over 6 months, recently adopted cats & I have heard them try & sharpen their nails on it a few times. Would rather get rid of it now to someone who may be able to use it instead of leaving it idle for them to ruin. It’s not insanely heavy — I’ve moved it around myself & broke a sweat doing it but its not impossible. However, I am on the 3rd floor. I DO NOT have the means to transport.
