We have an IMMEDIATE need for a part-time Service Technician in our Dallas, TX office. GBS Group, Inc. was formed in 1979 and operates full service offices in Dallas/Ft. Worth and Chicago. We are a unique company specializing in office interior restoration and maintenance. We are one of the largest independent certified textile service companies in the United States. We provide maintenance programs for corporations that include: carpet, fabric & leather seating, workstation panels, tile & natural stone, wood furniture & flooring conditioning & repairs, and water emergencies. Service Technicians Job Duties Include: • Carpet cleaning • Furniture cleaning • Stone cleaning • Tile cleaning • Wood floor cleaning • Disinfecting and cleaning • Operating of flooring equipment including extractors and buffing machines. • Able to move and/or lift 50 lbs (avg). Service Tech Requirements • Work part-time Monday through Friday between the hours of 4pm and 12am • Work a minimum of 1 Saturday each month • We will provide you with comprehensive PAID training. • You will learn customer service and technical trades • Compensation is based on cleaning production • Responsible for cleanliness and care of company vehicles. • Account for and return all cleaning tools, hoses, chemicals, etc. to the truck before departure from the job. • Uphold all company policies and procedures. • Positive Attitude • Must speak English • Provide customers with exceptional service and adherence to professional conduct at all times.
