Please read the entire add before submitting your bid. I would like someone who is actively installing floors to lay floor in my living room. Condition. Old Floor will be removed by me. 1/2 " quarter round will be removed prior to install by me Base Trim will remain on walls so you will have a 3/8" tolerance or less for your cuts. Install by you., Dimensions rounded up Small Bathroom 5x5 Entry 5X6 Small Closet 2x2 Hallway about 15 x4 feet Living room 17X16 Kitchen 15X10 There are 4 doors in this area that the floor will go under jambs, 2 doors it will run by and 1 door it will need to go under seal plate of front door and it will butt to a patio door. Here is what I am expecting with zero tolerance. Floor to be installed under front door jamb, it is currently installed under now - door will not be removed. All interior jambs the floor will run under jambs which they current are now but the floor we pick may be a little thicker, you must have correct tool to cut door jambs, no visible cut lines all will be hidden. All outer wall cuts will be within 3/8" or less so when I install quarter round it will cover all cut ends NO EXCEPTIONS The flooring will be self backed so no under layment required. All seems will be tight no gaps, no damaged pieces will be accepted AT ALL. The total Square feet is 537 sq ft ( On the high side) but lets call it 650 sq ft for good measure. Flooring will be onsite All floors and quarter round will be removed in advance by me. I flip homes and have installed many floors by myself I am just getting old and would rather spend my time installing the trim and cleaning up after you. But I know what can be done and what cannot be done so no bull crap stories once you start installing. The dishwasher will be removed by me and I will reinstall The stove will not be present \ The fridge will have to be worked around All furniture will be removed but I may need help getting the 2 couches on the back patio if you do not want to work around through a double patio door, easy move. TBD The floor I am taking out is less than 4 years old you can have it if you want wife just wants another color. It took two guys and they installed this in one long day. So I am allowing 2 days for completion I am buying the floor this weekend. I am willing to pay 1.25 to 1.55 per sq ft based on 625 Sq Ft Generally it is 1.55 to install but that is with the crew hauling the floor which I will do so let me know what your price is and if you are currently installing floors and you experience. Send pictures of your door jamb work if you want. The price will not be final until you come out and see it for your self and measure. NO ADVANCE PAY I have loaded pictures of the floor that will be replaced and the quality of work I expect.
