We are hiring all positions for our Custom Residential Construction Company. We need: Skilled Foreman who can manage a job site. This person is familiar with plans, specs and best practices. They can schedule thier crew as well as materials. They can work independently and deliver quality work on budget and schedule. They know what they're doing and get left alone to do it. Carpenters who can perform both rough and finish Carpentry and drywall. This person is adaptable to both framing new and framing inside a 100 yr old trapezoid. They can hang doors, cut trim and when theyre done the doors work and the trim doesn't need more caulking than wood. Remodelers are basically less skilled carpenters who can cut wood but not as good. What you excell at is being able to fill the gaps. Little bit of drywall. Little bit of masonry. Maybe some trim install. Point is, youre not building a custom spiral staircase but you are solving problems and executing clean finish. Semi Skilled Laborer is assisting the team above. You know what needs to happen, youre just not that good at it. But you will be because you want to learn and make that check bigger. Laborers. We need labor. You dont know whats going on but your the oil that keeps the engine running smooth. You are 100% critical. Without you, the whole thing grinds to a halt. Your days are tough but its better than working a register needing a splash guard while Karen yells at you for no reason.
