We own and manage two mobile home parks in the Columbus area. We have several mobile homes in need of renovations to be made ready to rent. We have found that in many cases, hiring a contractor to complete these renovations is a more efficient way to run our business and take care of our customers. We are looking for a contractor who is familiar with mobile home repairs and can do any and all of the following: remodeling mobile homes, plumbing repairs, electrical repairs, carpentry, sheetrock, painting, cabinets, etc. We would like to develop a relationship with a local contractor that could continue to help us with these renovations for years to come, as renters come and go throughout the year and there will always be work to be done.
