Facility Maintenance
Job Type: Full Time
Salary: $13.25 to $13.85 per hour with experience
2 Positions Available:
Monday - Friday
3am - 12pm (with potential overtime)
1hr/lunch break
Job Description
As a Facility Maintenance Cleaner. You are responsible for the day-to-day cleaning of offices. You will monitor various activities and perform janitorial related duties. Candidate must be able to follow and perform work instructions.
Duties as follow:
Sweeping, moping, general cleaning, dusting, and removal of all trash. Work will require repetitive motion on a daily basis and may include bending, pushing, pulling, reaching, climbing. Work requires lifting and moving heavy items 50 pounds, anything over 50 pounds requires assistance
What you'll need to Start:
State ID
Must be at least 18
Must have reliable transportation
Must be able to pass a background check.
Experience:
Willing to train
Education
High school diploma or GED (not required, but recommended)
