Handyman needed for Philadelphia

Looking for a handyman for our Philadelphia apartments. This is a 1099 handyman. On call at times, but normally we will schedule you for tasks and will work with your schedule. We need someone to help us move furniture, set up new apartments, organize our storage unit, do odd end maintenance jobs (fixing furniture, light plumbing, picture hanging and tv mounting, removing trash, fixing broken things) and emergency calls. We pay by the project, and typically pay two weeks later per project. Must have the following: -Insurance (if you don't have, you can get for around $30 a month on nextinsurance.com) -Car -Good and friendly personality -Cell Phone -Own Tools This is not a job, but a 1099 worker. Some weeks you may work with us for 5 days a week, other weeks 0-1 days. This is a good way for some extra income! Bank account and a filled out W9 are needed for this role.
