Simple job, great pay, but we are looking for a reliable and sharp individual who can execute the task. We need plastic 'we buy houses' advertising signs hung on telephone poles. You do this once per week. So this is a very part time gig, one night per week. You'll pickup materials and a map of the area we want them hung up in every other week. Signs MUST be hung Thursday or Friday nights. Each map is pretty small, we do one neighborhood at a time. For example one week you'll do South Philly - Another week West Philly - Another week - Germantown etc etc... You will be going all over philly in every neighborhood, so you should be familiar with the city. (good and rough neighborhoods) Pay is $100/ 25 signs. Takes 2-3 hours to complete the job. Must have 4 things to be hired, if you are not capable/do not have these 4 DO NOT contact us. 1 - Must have your own car. 2 - Must know how to use hammer and nails (not as easy as you think if you've never done it). 3 - Must know how to get up and down a ladder safely. 4 - Must have smart phone to send picture of signs hung up (we use snapchat so we know you're putting them up in real time and where). If you do follow the directions in #1 - We'll contact you for short phone interview and then a quick meet and great in person. 3. If we think we're a match we will do the first run. Last; if you come into my office smelling like alcohol, bloodshot eyes, speeding on drugs, or high on opiates. I will immediately escort you out. Everyone who works for me, even if they're just pushing a broom, does it the BEST of their ability and is PROUD of their work. If you're flaky, lazy, on drugs, unorganized or can't follow directions we will quickly part ways. If you're solid, you can earn some super easy money, for years to come!
