Commercial Janitorial Supervisor- Immediate Hire!! We are looking for an experienced Janitorial Supervisor who is available nights and weekends. RESPONSIBILITIES for this position include but are not limited to: Assigning staff assignments; Inspection of completed work to ensure standards are met; Taking cleaning supply and equipment Inventory and following up with management when supplies are needed; Assisting with screening and hiring new staff; Providing job training; Being the point of contact for all staff; Resolving interdepartmental conflicts swiftly and efficiently ; Performing janitorial duties when required; REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION Must be bilingual (English and Spanish); 2+ years experience as Janitorial Supervisor; Clean drivers license; Excellent communication skills; and Willing to delegate responsibility. OTHER REQUIREMENTS Knowledge of Janitorial responsibilities and must include: Stripping/ Waxing; Carpet Shampooing; Window Washing ; and Detail Cleaning Please contact us for more details
