Renhill Group is currently recruiting Substitute Cleaners for Cleveland Heights-University Heights City Schools. This position is on-call and as needed throughout the 12-month calendar year and you must be available during 2nd shift hours of roughly 2:30pm to 11pm. Qualified candidates must be able to provide verifiable previous experience in cleaning/maintenance, as well as demonstrate knowledge of basic safe practices and sanitary cleaning procedures. Minimum requirements: - High School Diploma/Equivalent - BCI & FBI background checks ($55) Necessary Skills/Duties: - Physically able to bend, balance, stoop, stretch, climb, crouch, kneel, reach, stand, and lift up to 70 pounds - Dry mop/wash floors - Clean furniture, fixtures, walls, windows, lockers, partitions, light fixtures, and display cases - Remove and dispose of trash - Move/arrange furnishings, supplies, and equipment as needed/directed - Sanitize and re-supply restrooms - Vacuum and power-clean carpet and upholstered furnishings Benefits: Enrollment in School Employees Retirement System (SERS) with 14% employer match.
