Renova is seeking a full-time Multi-Site Foreman to oversee and assist our renovation crew members for our Wilmington, NC communities. We are looking for an individual interested in full-time employment for Renova and the opportunity to grow and develop within our company. The job consists of the overseeing of minor interior demolition, unit painting, flooring installation, light fixture installs, minor trim installation, installation of faucets, vanity tops, supply lines, and plumbing removal and re-installation. Experience in light plumbing, light electrical, trim installation, painting, flooring and general remodeling required. Experience in tile installation is also appreciated. We are looking for an individual who is a team player and not only knowledgeable of the above areas of renovation work but also has experience managing and leading a crew. The individual must have a good work ethic, get along and manage others well, and be able to interact with the management and maintenance staff of the communities that we are renovating. Responsibilities will include keeping tract of unit turn deadlines and renovation schedules on Excel spreadsheets. The position will report directly to the NC Regional Manager to ensure that deadlines are being met and that the renovation process is running smoothly. Hours are Monday through Thursday 7:30AM to 5:30 PM. Overtime may be required on occasion when needed to meet deadlines.
