We are looking for people to join our family. Summary of Position: You will be working on various job sites around Memphis, TN area. You will be installing flooring solutions for each of our customers. Essential Functions and Responsibilities:  Preparing vehicles with proper tools and equipment for the day.  Assisting crew leader with on-site job prep.  Installing, removing, or sanding hardwood flooring.  Ability to follow directions and to meet time schedules. Experience Preferred:  One (1) plus year of Construction Laborer experience and/or quick learner.  The ability to operate or knowledge of carpentry hand tools and flooring processes.  Communication skills in English, both oral and written.  A High School diploma or GED is preferred.  Preferred a Tennessee and/or State of Residence valid Driver’s License.
