RESPONSIBILITIES:
Clean grounds on a continuous, daily basis.
Clean flower beds.
Clean the exterior curb appeal and cleanliness.
Report any physical damage or concerns about the exterior to the office.
Light maintenance improvements as necessary to physical exterior.
Pool maintenance/cleaning.
Assist office staff with special leasing jobs involving the exterior & interior of the property.
Assist residents with special needs.
Demonstrate ability to resolve physical problems for the community good.
Background Screening required.
Other duties as assigned, which employee is capable of performing.
Get to work on time.
Must be able to follow oral and written instructions.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Background check. Random drug test
