Broken Samsung Galaxy A51, T-Mobile SIM, found near NCCU campus

Found a cracked up phone laying in the street on my way to work today, near Alston and 55 close to the NCCU campus. Thoroughly busted screen, but does vibrate when plugged in--would like to return to the owner so they can save any photos/vids/etc. if possible.
