We are looking for a reliable, experienced & consistent worker. Must have own transportation and be able to pass a background check. Part-time position starting at $11/hour with $1/hour increase after proven reliable work history. 20-25 Hours per week (Mon-Fri); 4-5 Hours per night starting at 5:30 PM in Lake Mary area. Responsible for nightly cleaning of offices including: 1) Cleaning of all lobby, halls, restrooms, break rooms, offices and other areas of the offices 2) Trash removal, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and dusting 3) Maintain a clean, safe work environment 4) Other duties as assigned 5) Applicant must speak English with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with others
