BWB Real Estate Management is looking for experienced maintenance workers and/or contractors who can handle electrical, plumbing, masonry, landscaping, engineering, apartment cleaning, painting, and other miscellaneous projects that may be required. Applicants must have their own tools or have the ability to get their own tools, as well as having their own vehicle to get to and from job sites. Applicants that are licensed and/or certified in a particular field are preferred, but not necessarily required. Applicants must also bring a professional attitude and a strong willingness to work to this position. General work hours are from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Mondays through Fridays, but applicants should be aware that work may last beyond 5:00 PM and/or need to be available on Saturdays.
