Description

Position entails skilled and general labor; building and facilities maintenance, mobile home remodel, construction, decking and fence projects, and basic plumbing and light electrical. Previous mobile home remodeling skills are a BIG PLUS! Must have own basic tools and reliable vehicle. The requirements for this position include but are not limited to: Performing remodel tasks on mobile homes, maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance on residential and small commercial buildings Installation and repair of home appliances Leak repairs Understand basic framing and bracing techniques Able to install doors, windows, and finish packages Experienced in sub-floor repair Light Plumbing Repair Light Electrical Repair Deck and fence building and repair Flooring Mobile home roof maintenance We offer very competitive salaries in the construction and service fields.
