Residential yard and exterior building maintenance person needed immediately. This a part time job which requires a weekly schedule of 5- 10 hrs.to maintain a three story house. The tasks range from the gutters cleaned, windows washed, the white sills and trim cleaned, weeding of the flower beds, raking of leaves and some light exterior painting.
