Need roofer for repair and add roof vents

I need an experienced roofer to make a few repairs on a tile roof. The house is three stories high. 1. Repair 2 areas that have small plywood damage and replace broken and missing tiles. 2. Would like to add 2 vents on each end of roof, 4 total for attic ventilation. with electric motors to force air out, maybe solar powered? 3. Later projects would be to repair existing 2 skylights or replace with 4 new dormers structures with windows. Please provide pictures of other dormers you have completed. Thanks
