Cleaning vacant apartments, Southside. A few days a week, This would be a great job for someone that already has income. If you are on disability that is fine long as you are able to work and work accordingly. At times we are moving fast to get the job done in a time frame. And is open to each day of the week cause random jobs do happen, two days before I would have set on schedule. So therefore all the sudden I would need the extra help. This is paid per job,NOT per hour. You would be responsible to clean bathrooms shower tub sink vanity mirror light fixtures floor, Windows tracks and frames, Vacuum carpet. One bedrooms pay $20 Two bedrooms, pay $25 Two bedroom one and a half bath pay $30 Two bedroom two bath, pay $ 35 Three bedroom 2-bath pay $40. Most of the time we clean two apartments a day sometimes three. We get started by( 8:30 Am And we're normally finish around,2 :00 or 3:00 pm If we work accordingly. If interested please fill out application or we can meet and fill out application. This is a 1099 job you are responsible for taxes. Normally I pay with check or We can pay with cash, with receipt signed. This is weekly pay. You work one week the following week you get paid thereafter, Every week pay. If you are just starting out and you need a little money to get by for a few weeks it can always come out of your check that you have worked for the day you work, starting out.
